Al Hanafiyya is an independent educational platform dedicated to the preservation and dissemination of Hanafi jurisprudence. We operate the website hanafiyya.com along with a community Discord server. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

What We Collect

We keep data collection to an absolute minimum. The only personal information we receive is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form on our site:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The subject and body of your message

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. The site is entirely static and does not store data in your browser.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted via the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we will never share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Our contact form is processed through FormSubmit.co, which forwards submissions directly to our email. FormSubmit does not store your data beyond the point of delivery. You can review their own privacy practices on their website.

Our Discord community is hosted on Discord Inc. and governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy. We do not have access to any data Discord collects from you beyond what is visible within the server itself.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox only for as long as necessary to address your inquiry. We do not maintain a separate database of user information.

Your Rights

You may request the deletion of any personal information you have sent us by emailing a@hanafiyya.com. We will action your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

Our platform is an educational resource open to all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through our contact form, please reach out so we can remove it.
